The company bought 8.8 acres of oceanfront property in Palm Beach and is currently converting the existing residence into the Ritz-Cartlon Residences Singer Island, one of only eight residential properties that the company owns, worldwide.With only 60 days on the market, the Ritz has already sold $20 million in condos.

The beachfront residences run from $700,000 to $10 million. Each of the two buildings has a 24 hour valet, a fitness center, and a private screening room. In addition, there are two spas, numerous indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and poolside summer kitchens. Other amenities include private guest suites, oceanfront cabanas, and private garages. Now, thats the kind of condo Im talking about. Especially when you figure in the private catering facilities, on-site chef, and beautiful art on loan from both private collectors and museums.

The new piece allows the writer to change between fountain pen, ballpoint and pencil with a unique bayonet attachment. Like the original Explorer pen, it also has a luminous ring in the cap to make it easier to locate in the dark. Is it us or are there a whole bunch of great new watch designs coming out these days? Remember TikTok and LunaTik , the iPod Nano conversion project we showed you on the crowd-sourced funding site KickStart? Well today we've got another timepiece project for you, also currently being featured on Kickstart. The Haptica is an innovative timepiece that indicates time using braille. The dots actually rotate on the face of the Haptica and as found and designer David Chavez puts it, represent a major step forward in timepieces for the visually impaired. If the project reaches its $150,000 capital goal, produciton will begin and each will cost around $250. Currently, Haptica has 24 backers and $13,085 secured, so we need to get some major support going here!
