For those looking for a luxurious dwelling in Philippines, real estate group Century Properties is offering the Versace homes. The group has inked a multi-million dollar deal with Versace, one of the most renowned and respected luxury fashion brands in the world, and has launched the countrys first globally branded residential tower - the Milano Residences. The luxurious 52-story tower flaunts the Versaces iconic Italian design. Century Properties chairman Jose E.B. Antonio labeled the new project as limited edition collectible real estate thats set to be an evolution of luxury in the Philippines. He further said

This is our way of reinforcing Century Properties vision to develop innovative and outstanding real estate developments through the years. We believe that this is another strong statement to help Makati and Manila realize its potential to become a truly cosmopolitan city with international standards.

Through its home design unit Versace Homes, the fashion house will be doing the interior design of the projects amenities and public spaces. The Versace signature, famous for its highest standard in elegance, use of quality materials, attention to detail and superb craftsmanship, will be noticeable in the new projects common areas. These areas include the grand lobby, the roof garden, the pool area, the fitness center, the spa, the Juice Bar, the meditation/yoga garden, the function room and business center, the Milano Piazza, and the state-of-the-art library.

The design concept will echo Versaces new, ready-to-wear fashion collections. The Versace Greek motif will be reinterpreted on the entire interiors.! The res idential units will also offer th utmost in comfort and luxury when it comes to design. Even the one-bedroom suite will have ample room to move around. There are two-bedroom suites, three-bedroom suites, a sky townhouse, penthouse units, and a loggia.

Buyers can also opt for Versace Home furniture and furnishings such as beds, living and dining area furniture. Robbie Antonio, Century Properties managing director, and Milano Residences project head, said

To have a Versace Home interior-designed address presents a rare opportunity, and an immense value to both end users and investors, for units are very few and are considered highly collectible.

The award-winning architectural firm Broadway Malyan has done the Milanos building exterior. It echoes Versaces iconic design language rising up the building faade. The Milano Residences showroom will be open for viewing by appointment only.
